APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 5, 2018

Thank you for your interest in stARTup Small Works, which will take place in the Dogpatch district, San Francisco, September 28-30, 2018. As part of your application, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 is required.

Up to 40 artists will be selected to exhibit their small artwork on tables at Small Works. Upon review of your application materials, you will be notified if you have been accepted. Once accepted, a 50% deposit to reserve your place. The balance of your exhibitor fees must be paid in full by September 14, 2018.

 

EXHIBITOR FEES:

Exhibitor Fees are as follows (please note that the Exhibitor Fee is not required to complete your application; prices are listed for information only):   

  • $500: Single table, no wall space
  • $800: Single Table with Wall, access to 60" wide x 90" high wall space behind table
  • $1000: Two Adjoining Tables, no wall space
  • $1600: Two Adjoining Tables with Walls, access to wall space, 130" wide x 90" high
  • $1500: End Cap, (3 adjoining tables in a U shape)


All tables are 30" wide by 72" long


Exhibitor Fee includes:

Three exhibition days including an opening party, set up and breakdown time before the opening and after closing, free WiFi at the venue, exhibition table(s), table covering(s), and one chair per table, PR, Marketing and Social Media support from the stARTup organization, table signage and exhibitor badges and 10 complimentary passes to the fair

For our fourth edition in Los Angeles, the fair will take over The Kinney Venice Beach, 737 West Washington Blvd, Venice, CA.The fair takes place from January 25-27, 2019 and present a series of solo exhibitions by 50+ independent artists chosen by our prestigious selection committee.

Upon review of your application materials by the committee early November, you will be notified if you have been accepted or declined.

If you are selected to exhibit at stARTup Art Fair LA, we ask for a 50% deposit upon acceptance in order to reserve your room. The balance of your exhibitor fees must be paid in full by December 15, 2018. For your convenience, payment plans for your exhibitor fees are available through our fair partner, INSTO.

2 Perimeter Kings: $2600

4 Central Kings: $2800
2 Courtyard Kings: $3000


34 Suites (420 square feet)
8 Perimeter Suites: $3700
12 Central Suites: $4000
14 Courtyard Suites: $4400

Note:


  • Rooms are secured on a first come first serve basis once the artist selections have been made.
  • A map of your room will be forwarded to you once your location is reserved with a deposit.
  • For artists who apply together must do so with one application and will work out payments between them and make one payment to stARTup.


Your Exhibitor Fee is fully inclusive of 4 nights at the Hotel (Thursday, January 24 check-in through Monday, January 28 check-out), and includes several amenities, such as complimentary parking for one vehicle, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, all hotel and occupancy taxes, and a host of Exhibitor products and services provided by the fair.
