APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 19, 2018
Thank you for your interest in stARTup Art Fair, which will take place at the Hotel Del Sol in San Francisco April 27-29, 2018. As part of your application, a non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required.
Up to 50 artists will be selected to
exhibit at stARTup Art Fair San Francisco. Upon review of your application materials by our Selection Committee, you will be notified if you have been accepted or declined.
If you are selected to exhibit in the fair, we will require a 50% deposit to reserve your room. The balance of your exhibitor fees must be paid in full by March 30, 2018.
For your convenience, payment plans for your exhibitor fees are available.
Exhibitor Fees are as follows (please note that the Exhibitor Fee is not required to complete your application; prices are listed for information only):
- 8 Courtyard Spaces, starting at $1000
- 37 Deluxe Rooms, 216 sf starting at $2800
- 11 Junior 1 Bedroom Suites, 277 sf starting at $3,400
- 2 Large Suites, 336 sf starting at $4,400
- Rooms are secured on a first come first serve basis once the artist selections have been made.
- A map of your room will be forwarded to you once your location is reserved with a deposit.
- For artists who apply together must do so with one application and will work out payments between them and make one payment to stARTup.
All rooms at the Hotel Del Sol have plenty of linear wall space, including 8 foot floor-to-ceiling wall height, bathroom, and large walk-in closets.
Your Exhibitor Fee is fully inclusive of 4 nights at the Hotel (Thursday, April 26 check-in through Monday, April 30 check-out), and includes several amenities, such as parking, complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, 32" flat-screen TV, in-room safe, all
hotel and occupancy taxes, and a host of Exhibitor services provided by the fair.
