APPLICATION DEADLINE: JULY 7, 2017
Thank you for your interest in stARTup Art Fair, which will take place at the ACME Hotel in Chicago September 15-17, 2017. As part of your application, a non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required.
In the spirit of stARTup Art Fair’s mission, artists should be able to keep 100% of the proceeds from any sales during the fair.
Up to 40 artists will be selected to
exhibit at stARTup Art Fair Chicago. Upon review of your application materials by our Selection Committee, you will be notified if you have been accepted or declined.
If you are selected to exhibit in the fair, we will require a 50% deposit to reserve your room. The balance of your exhibitor fees must be paid in full by August 15, 2017.
Exhibitor Fees are as follows (please note that the Exhibitor Fee is not required to complete your application; prices are listed for information only):
- 25 Standard Rooms, 200 square feet: $3,000.00
- 8 Double Rooms, 320 square feet:
- 7 Suites, 400 square feet: $4,900.00
Your Exhibitor Fee is fully inclusive of 4 nights at the Hotel (Thursday, September 14 check-in through Monday, September 18 check-out), and includes several amenities, such as discounted parking, complimentary hotel-wide Wi-Fi, the hotel's daily Service Fee, all
hotel and occupancy taxes, and a host of Exhibitor services provided by the fair.
